Jo, older sister of Jenny, joined her sister in POSH in 2014. She started her career in design with her own bespoke designs company. She later moved on to become a teacher before transferring her design, planning and organisation skills to POSH. The company had grown 40% year on year and Jenny was in need of a strong operations manager she could trust. Now Jo has worked up to Design and Operations Director. She is a top website designer, technical lead, project manager and team organiser. With her impeccable organisation skills, Jo will ensure your work schedule is planned, structured and profitable, with the right team members for your brand tone and direction. Heather has been with the POSH Agency for many moons, joining in 2013 as our business was expanding in our Glasgow offices. Carl is an expert in Google Analytics and G4. He has been working for POSH helping us get all our clients ready for the G4 switchover. Building new reporting structures and ensuring all reporting and user testing systems are linked up and ready. He has worked in digital/eCommerce since 2009. With a background in digital marketing with experience in PPC, affiliates, SEO, and social advertising. Carl is now a Google Analytics and GTM specialist. Previous employers include La Redoute, Stericycle and Bon Marché.
Lee, Jenny and Jo’s mum, used to run a successful engineering company with her husband Richard. Managing large-scale projects for hazardous liquid handling and large-scale heating systems she is no stranger to a challenge. She has been supporting Jenny with guidance, advice and the accounts since the start of the POSH Agency. As Head of Finance, she now takes care of all our money matters and keeps us running efficiently by organising our accounts, payroll, and general finances on top of being a supportive and super experienced mum.
Trudi has been creating cracking content for over 20 years. She believes content is king whether you need blogs, articles, landing pages or social posts. Trudi can get your website noticed with creative, search engine-optimised copy that serves your company up to the right audience. Her love of the written word started as a young bookworm. Little did she know it would lead to a career in helping companies tell their stories!
